You have to register your bank account information even if your account is with Danske Bank. Registering your bank account information with Danske Bank does not make you a customer of the bank. Register your bank account information at Danske Bank You will also need to provide Stockholm University’s customer number at Danske Bank. To notify Danske Bank of your bank account information you will need BankID. You will be notified by email when you are able to register your bank account information with Danske Bank. This will occur when you submit your first wages form ("Arvodesblankett") to Student Services. If you have not previously worked for and received wages from Stockholm University you cannot register your bank account information with Danske Bank until your personal information has been submitted to the University’s payroll system. In order for your wages to be deposited directly into your bank account, you have to register your bank account information with Danske Bank. A study counsellor, or staff member at the department of similar authority, verifies this on the wages form by signing it. The department is responsible for making sure that the working hours you are seeking compensation for and the schedule of lectures and seminars correspond. You are compensated for one set of notes for any lecture or seminar, even if the notes are given to more than one student. Recesses are not included in the working hours. Wages are only paid for actual time spent taking notes during the lecture or seminar. The duration of the lecture or seminar is what counts as the working hours you are compensated for.
